Lived Experience

I have overseen drilling of water wells across the US for the past 20 years. I have put out large amounts of my own money to drill a well that "make or break" a property. Based on that experience, I know the challenges and emotions owners have when dealing with the task of creating a water supply system at a property. I have overseen location and completion of water supply wells on supposedly undevelopable properties that could not produce water. I have addressed drilling situations that were supposed "dry wells" that due to my intervention were completed and have been productive wells ever since.

Water wells are used by many agencies as gating criteria to stop or limit development.

And there are many interests that want to limit new water resource development.
